Give a day they
will talk about.
A fantastic Christmas present and a thoughtful gift all year round for birthdays and other treats.
An Evergreen gift card pays towards holiday camp at Herne Hill School, for children in Reception to Year 3. It arrives by email straight away and never expires.
£72 pays for one full camp day.
Fewer things to tidy away.
More days to remember.
Evergreen is a holiday camp at Herne Hill School for children in Reception to Year 3, run by Emma and Brad Clay, two primary school teachers. Days move between creativity and art, team sport, woodland play, coding with Cubetto robots, and short English and maths games. For parents, it is a real help with the cost of the school holidays.
Short phonics and maths games keep skills moving without recreating the classroom.
Coached games help children compete with grace, support one another and build friendships.
Cubetto robots teach sequencing and problem solving without a screen.
Woodland play, art and free choice give the day its breathing space.
£72 is one full camp day.
Early Drop Off is £12 and Late Pick Up is £18. A gift card can pay for those too, and more than one card can go on a booking.
Three steps.
No waiting for the post.
Pick an amount and press Purchase. £72 pays for one full camp day.
Email the code straight to the family, or to yourself if you want to print our card and wrap it.
When bookings open, the family chooses their days and types the code into the gift card box at checkout.

Your gift card lands as an email like this one, with your message, the amount and its own code. It is ready to forward, or to print and wrap.

Print our card on A4, fold it in half and write the code on the back. The inside is left blank for your own message.
Print the card →A gift card pays for a place. It does not hold one.
Places are sold first come, first served when bookings open, and they go quickly. The family still needs to book on the day dates are released, then pays with the code.
For grandparents, aunts,
uncles and godparents.
Several gift cards can go on one booking, so grandparents, aunts and uncles can all chip in towards a week.
Print our card at home, write the code on the back and tuck it into a birthday or Christmas card.
Wellies or a little torch for den building in the woods turns it into something to open on the day.
Who can use it?
Any child in Reception to Year 3. Gift cards never expire, so a younger brother or sister can use one when they start Reception.
What can it pay for?
Any Evergreen camp day booked on our website, plus Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up.
Does it hold a place at camp?
A gift card pays for a place. It does not hold one. Places are sold first come, first served when bookings open, and they go quickly. The family still needs to book on the day dates are released, then pays with the code.
Does it expire?
No. Evergreen gift cards never expire.
What if the booking costs more, or less, than the card?
If it costs more, the family pays the rest by card. If it costs less, the rest stays on the gift card for next time. More than one gift card can be used on a booking.
Can I get a refund?
If a gift card has not been used at all, the person who bought it can ask us for a refund within 14 days of buying it. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash after that, or once any of the card has been used.
What if the family cancels a booking?
Our usual cancellation terms apply, so we refund only if another family buys the place, less a £5 administration fee. Any refund goes back onto the gift card first. If part of the booking was paid by bank card, anything above the gift card amount goes back to that card.
The code has gone missing.
Email info@evergreenkids.co.uk with the name of the person who bought it and we will send it again.
Full gift card terms are on our Terms page.
From £25. Never expires.
Arrives by email straight away, ready to forward or print.
