Easter at
Herne Hill.
Holiday camp for Reception to Year 3. Designed by teachers, blending creativity, sport and coding.
Structured enough to learn.
Relaxed enough to feel like holidays.
Evergreen is run by two primary school teachers who have made it their mission to create holiday camps children genuinely look forward to. Set in Herne Hill School, with classrooms, outdoor spaces, and a small woodland area that's rare to find in South East London.
The days blend creativity, sport, coding, and short bursts of English and maths. Learning that feels enjoyable, boosts confidence, and is geared towards their interests. Parents tell us their children are sad when the week ends. We take that as a good sign.

Learning that sticks.
Daily phonics and maths games keep skills sharp without the pressure of a classroom setting.
Strong teams, kind hearts.
Coached games that teach them how to compete with grace, support each other, and build friendships they look forward to picking up next camp.
Hands on logic.
Cubetto robots teach sequencing and logic without a screen. Most children don't realise it's computing.
Enough routine to feel safe.
Enough freedom to feel free.

“I thought I wasn't going to like it, but the writing was brilliant. I loved writing about Harry Potter potions.”
A Year 2 camper, after an English session
“On picking him up after his first day, I was greeted with a beaming smile followed by, ‘I had the best day ever.’ A fantastic family atmosphere.”
What families say.
“Evergreen is hands down my kids' favourite camp. It's incredibly well organised, calm and inviting, which makes drop off and pick up so easy. A unique mix of sport, games and learning, all delivered in a way where the kids don't even realise they're learning while they play.”

“What a wonderful week our son has just had. Evergreen is always Noah's favourite part of every holiday. Great fun, innovative activities, and a fantastic family atmosphere. And he learns lots too. Very highly recommended.”

“It was my daughter's first time attending a holiday club, and it's safe to say she will be back. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there, and it was lovely to see the video update at the end of the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made drop off very easy.”

An experienced team who love what they do.
We only hire people with real experience working with children, and a genuine passion for it. The same way it's ours as primary school teachers. That's what makes Evergreen different.
You can see it in how children talk about camp when they come home, and in the reviews parents leave after every week.

Everything parents ask before booking.
What ages do you accept? +
Children currently in Reception to Year 3. We group children into Cubs (Reception and early Year 1) and Foxes (Year 1 to Year 3) by ability and social readiness.
Do you accept childcare vouchers? +
Yes, we accept Tax Free Childcare via a refund system. You pay to book your place as normal, and we refund you once the voucher payment is received.
What should my child bring? +
A packed lunch, extra snacks, and a water bottle. Please note we are a strictly nut and sesame free site.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Refunds are issued only if the place is repurchased by another family (minus a £5 admin fee). Extended care fees are non refundable.
How are children grouped? +
Children are split into two groups: Cubs (Reception and some Year 1) and Foxes (some Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3).
What are the camp hours? +
Standard hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm. Early drop off is available from 7:30am (£12) and late pickup until 5:30pm (£18). Both can be added when you book.
Can siblings be in the same group? +
Children are grouped by age to keep activities age-appropriate. Cubs and Foxes still play together during free time, outdoor play, and at drop off and pick up. Siblings see each other throughout the day.
How do you handle allergies? +
We are a strictly nut and sesame free site. Allergies are recorded during booking and displayed for all staff. Children with allergies or medical needs are flagged on the daily register. If in doubt, email us before booking.
Are your staff DBS checked? +
Yes. Every member of staff is DBS checked before starting. We are Ofsted registered (URN 2817302) and follow safeguarding, first aid, and health and safety procedures.
Will I hear from you during the day? +
We share updates and photos on Instagram throughout the week so you can see what they've been up to. For anything urgent we'll call. At pick up, staff share how the day went.
We'd love to have them.
